Job summary

LaunchDarkly seeks a Senior Manager, Global Payroll to lead and scale the company’s payroll operations worldwide. This role partners with Accounting, Finance, People, Legal, IT, and external payroll providers to ensure accurate, timely and compliant payroll across all countries and entities.

Responsibilities include owning the end-to-end payroll operating model, managing multi-country payroll calendars, reconciliations, reporting, and system implementations while driving process improvements and

Qualifications

• Experience leading global payroll operations across multi-country entities
• Proven ability to partner with Accounting, Finance, People, Legal, IT and external providers
• Experience with payroll system implementations, migrations, or major enhancements
• Strong knowledge of US payroll tax, year-end reporting, and wage/hour law
• CPP preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end payroll operating model across multiple countries and entities
• Lead US and international payroll processing, calendars, controls and reconciliations
• Manage relationships with third-party providers and EOR partners
• Ensure compliance, audits, and accurate tax withholding, benefits and equity payments
• Drive process improvements, automation, and data quality in payroll
