Job summary

LaunchDarkly is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Payroll to lead and scale the company’s global payroll operations across all countries and entities where we operate. This role partners with Accounting, Finance, People, Legal, IT, and external payroll providers to ensure payroll is accurate, timely, compliant, efficient and employee-centered.

The Senior Manager will own the end-to-end payroll operating model, drive continuous improvement, manage international payroll, controls, reconciliations

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive payroll experience, including global scope.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, HR, business or related field; CPP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end global payroll operating model including calendars, SOPs, data inputs, approvals and processing.
• Lead US and international payroll across multiple countries, entities, pay frequencies, and local requirements.
• Manage relationships with third-party payroll providers, EOR partners and local specialists with accountability for service quality and deadlines.
• Establish and maintain payroll controls, audit-ready documentation, and tax withholdings, benefits, equity and bonuses.
