Hasbro in Boston, MA is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to own our payroll operations. You will execute multi-state payroll, support system implementations (ADP, SAP, GlobalView, eTime), and drive process improvements with a SOX focus.

You will collaborate across HRIS, HR Operations, and Finance, ensuring accurate data, compliant filings, and an exceptional employee experience in a hybrid work model.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, HR, business administration, or related field.
• CPP designation with PayrollOrg highly preferred.
• 7+ years of hands-on payroll processing experience.
• Strong experience with multi-state payroll and complex tax scenarios.
• Proficiency with ADP or SAP payroll systems highly preferred.
• Experience supporting payroll system conversions or HCM implementations.
• Experience supporting SOX, financial, and compliance audits, as well as 401(k) plans.
• Strong preference for experience at a publicly traded company.
• Proficiency with MS Office; strong Excel skills for auditable data.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience automating processes via RPA and related technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Execute multi-state payroll processing and reporting, including registrations and accounts.
• Maintain payroll system accuracy for earnings codes, deductions, tax configurations, and pay rules.
• Process and validate payroll results with balanced gross-to-net calculations and audits.
• Review master data, time and attendance, and variable pay inputs for correctness.
• Reconcile payroll results and support general ledger accuracy.
• Assist payroll close, tax filings, and year-end reporting.
• Manage payroll inquiries with clear communications and resolution.
• Collaborate with HRIS, HR Operations, and Finance to ensure data accuracy.
• Serve as SME for system functionality, upgrades, and process enhancements.
• Develop and implement SOPs to ensure internal controls compliance.
• Lead payroll audits and SOX-related testing.
