• Payroll Processing & Review: Process and support complex payrolls, including multi-state, off-cycle, and adjusted payrolls; review data for accuracy and compliance prior to submission.
• Payroll Issue Resolution: Research and resolve complex payroll discrepancies and historical adjustments; escalate high-risk issues and support root-cause analysis.
