StubHub is seeking a seasoned Head of Global Payroll to own and lead payroll operations across our worldwide footprint. This role requires hands-on systems implementation, strong cross-functional partnership with Tax and Finance, and the ability to scale payroll processes as we grow.

You will manage day-to-day payroll across multiple regions, ensure SOX controls, security of data, and accurate reporting, while driving vendor consolidation and go-live readiness for new countries in a fast-paced,

Formación

• 8+ years of progressive payroll experience with direct management.
• Experience processing payroll for a public company with SOX controls.
• International payroll across multiple countries beyond the US.
• Hands-on experience with payroll system implementations and migrations.
• Ability to lead cross-functional payroll initiatives in a multi-entity environment.

Responsabilidades

• Own and lead day-to-day global payroll operations across all payrolls.
• Serve as backup for payroll processing to remove single points of failure.
• Maintain payroll controls, SOX compliance, and audit-ready processes.
• Ensure time & attendance practices are compliant and well-documented.
• Project manage payroll implementations and vendor centralization.
• Lead new-country payroll implementations with cross-functional readiness.
• Ensure data integrity tying tax remittances to pay runs.
• Collaborate with Tax, Finance, and Equity on tax compliance.
• Document processes to improve efficiency and maintain SOPs.
