The Senior Payroll Specialist at Radius Global Solutions, LLC will oversee accurate, timely payroll processing for national and international locations, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws. This role requires expertise in ADP Workforce Now and international payroll coordination, with a focus on accuracy and audit readiness.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in related field.
• 5+ years of progressively responsible payroll experience.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now.
• Experience multi-state and global payroll operations.
• Strong knowledge of FLSA and wage-and-hour regulations.
• Proficient in Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Process accurate and timely payroll for employees across multiple U.S. states and support international locations.
• Administer biweekly or other assigned payroll cycles, including inputs, validations, review and final approval.
• Manage complex payroll transactions: regular and supplemental pay, overtime, bonuses, commissions, deductions, reimbursements, taxable benefits and adjustments.
• Process payroll using ADP Workforce Now, including reviewing calculations and maintaining records.
• Coordinate with Global Payroll Director on global payroll activities with external providers and internal stakeholders.
• Review payroll registers, funding reports and audit reports to resolve discrepancies before finalization.
• Support payroll tax, wage and hour, garnishment and regulatory compliance activities.
• Maintain knowledge of federal, state, local and international payroll requirements.
• Ensure compliance with FLSA rules and keep HR/legal informed on exemptions and recording obligations.
