Job summary

Scientific Safety Alliance (SSA) is seeking a Global Payroll/HRIS Manager to own the payroll function across the United States, Puerto Rico, the United Kingdom, and Austria. You will consolidate payroll processes, standardize time inputs, and lead ADP Workforce Now configurations to ensure accurate, on-time payroll and clean data in the HRIS.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive payroll experience including multi-state and multi-country.
• Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now (configuration + reporting).
• Proven ability consolidating payroll across entities/countries; PE-backed or acquisitive background preferred.
• Bachelordegree preferred; CPP/FPC certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end payroll for all SSA branches across US, Puerto Rico, UK, and Austria.
• Consolidate payroll from multiple legacy systems into a unified global process.
• Configure and maintain ADP Workforce Now for earnings/deductions and security roles.
• Partner with Finance on payroll journal entries, reconciliations, and cost reporting.
• Develop controls and procedures; ensure compliance with local payroll tax requirements.
• Collaborate with branch leaders and HR to standardize time and payroll inputs.
