Radius Global Solutions, LLC is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to ensure accurate, timely payroll processing across U.S. states and international locations. The role emphasizes ADP Workforce Now expertise, multi-state payroll, and global coordination with vendors and internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will be detail‑oriented, highly analytical, and capable of managing payroll cycles independently while maintaining strict confidentiality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, HR, business admin or related field.
• Five to seven+ years of progressively responsible payroll experience.
• Experience processing payroll in ADP Workforce Now.
• Experience with multi-state and national/global payroll operations.
• Knowledge of timekeeping systems and payroll integrations.
• Strong understanding of FLSA and wage/hour regulations.
• Experience with payroll reconciliations, audits, and reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; strong data analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; discretion with confidential info.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately for employees across U.S. states and international locations.
• Administer biweekly or other payroll cycles including inputs, validations, review, and approval.
• Manage complex payroll transactions: bonuses, overtime, deductions, reimbursements.
• Process payroll with ADP Workforce Now and maintain payroll records.
• Collaborate with Global Payroll Director on global activities and implementations.
• Review payroll registers and audits to resolve discrepancies before finalization.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and international payroll laws.
• Maintain confidentiality and provide guidance to payroll team.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc payroll reports for management.
• Assist with year-end processing and W-2s.
