Scientific Safety Alliance seeks a seasoned Global Payroll/HRIS Manager to own payroll across U.S. states, Puerto Rico, the United Kingdom, and Austria. You will consolidate payroll into a single global process and standardize how time, changes, and inputs flow, partnering with in-country leaders.

You will serve as the in-house expert on ADP Workforce Now, configuring the system, managing codes, workflows, and reporting while ensuring compliance and accuracy across jurisdictions.

Competenze

• 5+ years of payroll experience across multiple states and countries.
• Hands-on ADP Workforce Now configuration and reporting.
• Experience consolidating payroll during acquisitive growth.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field.

Mansioni

• Own end-to-end payroll for US, Puerto Rico, UK, and Austria.
• Standardize time, pay changes, and inputs across branches.
• Lead payroll calendar, cutoffs, and approvals with in-country teams.
• Consolidate payroll from legacy systems into a global process.
