Job summary

Rippling is seeking an Implementation Manager to work with customers to implement and adopt Rippling’s HR, payroll, benefits, and IT products. You will consult with clients to understand objectives and leverage product knowledge to maximize value.

You will partner with Sales, CX, Product and Engineering to deliver a seamless experience, drive adoption, and advocate for product improvements. This role emphasizes customer success and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish required to support NA and LATAM customers.
• 1+ years of hands-on implementation or customer experience in a SaaS environment.
• Proven project management experience in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to collaborate with Sales, CX, Product and Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom plans and implement Rippling products across HR, Payroll, Benefits, IT, and other offerings.
• Manage the implementation process end-to-end with target timelines and goals.
• Drive adoption with guidance, best practices, and insights for customers.
• Coordinate with Sales, Account Management, TAC, and Support for seamless handoffs.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to relay customer feedback and improvements.
• Help develop scalable processes integrating customer learnings to boost efficiency.
