Job summary

Rippling is hiring an Implementation Manager, Global Payroll (Spanish Speaking) to guide customers through implementing Rippling’s payroll and HR products and to drive adoption across the platform.

You will partner with clients to design and execute implementation plans, manage end-to-end timelines, and collaborate with Sales, CX, Product, and Engineering to ensure successful outcomes for North American and Latin American customers.

Qualifications

• Professional bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• 1+ years of hands-on implementation and/or customer experience at a SaaS company.
• Proven project management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to collaborate across Sales, CX, Product, and Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom implementation plans with clients across HR, Payroll, Benefits, IT, and related products.
• Manage end-to-end implementation timelines and milestones with clients.
• Provide guidance to drive adoption and maximize platform capabilities.
• Coordinate with Sales, Account Management, Technical Account Management, and Support for smooth handoffs.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to relay customer insights and suggest enhancements.
• Help establish scalable processes and best practices across teams.
