Job summary

Rippling is hiring an Implementation Manager to work with customers, understand objectives, and leverage deep product knowledge to drive adoption of Rippling’s HR, IT, and Finance products. You’ll consult with clients, manage timelines, and ensure outcomes that align with business goals.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer experience, collaboration across teams, and delivering end-to-end implementation success, with in-office collaboration and equity benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Implementation and/or Customer Experience at a rapidly growing SaaS company.
• Proven project management experience with multiple projects simultaneously.
• Stellar communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to collaborate across Sales, CX, Product, and Engineering teams

Responsibilities

• Partner one-on-one with clients to develop custom plans and implement Rippling products across HR, Payroll, Benefits, IT, and more.
• End-to-end management of the implementation process, aligning timelines and goals.
• Drive adoption with bespoke guidance, best practices, and insights for client success.
• Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Technical Account Management, and Support for smooth hand-offs and long-term success
