Deel is seeking a Payroll Implementation Manager to lead the end-to-end global payroll implementations for clients, based in Spain. You will coordinate data migration, system configuration, and go-live support, ensuring accurate transfers and compliant processes.

You’ll partner with HR, Finance, and client teams, manage multiple projects concurrently, and provide training and documentation to clients. This role emphasizes strong communication and PM skills in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in global payroll implementation and payroll operations.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes and compliance across your designated location.
• Experience with payroll systems and software.
• Client-facing project management experience and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Project Set-up - work with onboarding team and clients to organize and run kick-off meetings, and deliver implementation.
• Client and Project Management - support review calls, coordinate and deliver on project streams.
• Payroll Process Requirements - define and set-up client payroll processes and calendars.
• Documentation - maintain project documentation, status reports, and process docs.
• System set-up and parallel payroll - configure interfaces, reports, and systems for parallel and live payroll.
• Go-live transition, sign-off - work with client to sign-off and document needs; generate payroll reports.
• Project management - lead end-to-end implementation of a global payroll system.
• Client Management - gather key requirements and guide clients through payroll onboarding.
