Job summary

Rippling in Canada is seeking a Global Payroll Enablement Associate to join the Global Payroll Operations Enablement team. This role supports recurring reporting, SOP hygiene, training content, onboarding support, and project follow-through as the team scales.

You will partner with Payroll Ops, CX, Product, Engineering, and other teams to translate updates into clear actions, maintain material accuracy, and build enablement content for new processes and AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced environments such as business operations, project management, or consulting.
• Startup experience and a proactive, roll-up-your-sleeves approach encouraged.
• Outstanding organizational and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize across multiple concurrent projects in a fast-growth setting.
• Experience in global payroll, FinTech, or international launches is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support payroll enablement rhythms with materials, trackers, and workflows.
• Gather inputs and turn data into clear next steps for the team.
• Draft internal enablement communications including newsletters and updates.
• Maintain SOPs, update links, and keep documentation current.
• Develop training materials, onboarding resources, and knowledge base articles.
• Assist onboarding and ramp programs with buddy resources and materials.
• Coordinate trainings, capture feedback, and improve content.
• Keep projects organized with owners, timelines, and next steps.
• Monitor recurring outputs and surface blockers to stakeholders.
• Support AI-enabled workflows and automation readiness.
• Collaborate with Payroll Ops, CX, Product, and Eng to move actions.
