Job summary

Rippling is hiring a seasoned product leader to scale the Global Payroll platform for international enterprise customers. You will design intuitive experiences, drive agentic payroll capabilities powered by AI, and partner with engineering and design to unlock value across use cases.

You will collaborate across Payments, HRIS, Benefits, Time, Spend, Compliance, and other areas, delivering high-reliability platform enhancements with strong customer empathy and cross-functional alignment.

Qualifications

6+ years of product management experience, or equivalent founder experience.
Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a strong bias toward action.
Track record of turning complex systems into simple, elegant user experiences.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
Ability to motivate and align cross-functional teams around ambitious goals.
Deep customer empathy and strong product judgment.

Responsibilities

Design intuitive product experiences that simplify complex payroll and enterprise workflows.
Define and build agentic payroll capabilities powered by AI.
Partner closely with engineering and design to develop scalable platform capabilities that unlock value across multiple use cases.
Work directly with customers to deeply understand operational pain points and identify high-impact opportunities.
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across Payments, HRIS, Benefits, Time, Spend, Compliance, and other product areas to deliver major platform enhancements.
Drive product strategy and execution for systems that require high reliability, compliance, and scalability.
