Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) strongly preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive payroll experience including multi-state U.S. payroll and multi-country European payroll.

Responsibilities

• Oversee bi-weekly U.S. payroll across 25+ states and EU jurisdictions.
• Ensure compliance with payroll laws, tax regulations, reporting and remittance obligations.
• Lead Workday payroll optimization and integrations with ERP systems; support audits.
• Manage expatriate payroll, tax equalization and shadow payrolls.
