enhanceHCM seeks a seasoned Global Payroll Consultant to support multinational payroll operations from a remote setting. You will manage payroll administration, ensure tax compliance, and coordinate processes across countries and vendors for diverse clients.

The role requires deep knowledge of global payroll systems, a proactive, client-facing approach, and the ability to work across cultures and time zones while maintaining discretion with sensitive data.

Competenze

• 10+ years of progressive payroll experience, including global payroll services, administration, and tax compliance.
• Deep understanding of global HR and payroll systems, multi-country regulations, compliance requirements, and data governance.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to operate effectively across cultures, time zones, and diverse stakeholder groups.
• Proven ability to lead global payroll operations within a consulting or enterprise environment, driving consistency, accuracy, and scalability.
• Advanced relationship management skills, with a demonstrated ability to build trust, influence stakeholders, and maintain strong partnerships across clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Skilled in de-escalation and conflict resolution, with the ability to navigate high-pressure situations, manage competing priorities, and drive successful outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to create structure, standardization, and alignment across global payroll processes in complex, fast-paced environments.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and make sound, data-driven decisions.
• Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and global workstreams simultaneously.
• High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive and confidential payroll and employee data.
• Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional and cross-cultural teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with a proactive approach to identifying risks and driving continuous improvement.
• CPP certification is preferred.
