Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance or related field.
• 2-4 years of relevant payroll or accounting experience.
• Fluent in Hebrew, French or Spanish (spoken and written); mandatory for the role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end payroll processes for global clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to collect and process payroll data.
• Review payroll data including new hires, terminations, and changes.
• Ensure payroll compliance with local, state, and international regulations.
• Support preparation and distribution of payroll reports and payslips.
• Assist with payroll audits and issue resolution.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of payroll processes and controls.
