Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Senior Global HR Specialist to manage HR services for employees across Europe and international EOR arrangements. You will oversee onboarding, payroll inputs, immigration, contracts, and compliance, working with global teams and external partners.

The role requires deep knowledge of European labor laws, cross-border employment, and HRIS systems, with a focus on delivering accurate documentation and a compliant employee experience across countries.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• Minimum 5 years HR experience, with international focus.
• Experience with Employer of Record (EOR) relationships and cross-border employment complexities.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate day-to-day HR operations for European and international populations.
• Support onboarding, changes, leave, and offboarding processes.
• Prepare and maintain HR documentation and contracts.
• Support payroll inputs and benefits administration.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting and IT to coordinate lifecycle activities.
