Job summary

Global Payments Inc. is seeking a System Support Analyst to join the Core RAFT Support US team. The role focuses on providing 24x7 on-call production support, analyzing root causes, and coordinating with IT, Product Development, and vendors to resolve issues.

You will document resolutions, escalate appropriately, and participate in cross-functional projects while supporting production processing and policy documentation. A related degree and strong programming knowledge are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, business administration or related discipline; equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge of programming languages.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

Provide 24x7 on-call production support.
Conduct code-level analyses to identify root causes of issues.
Interface with internal clients, vendors, IT and product teams to resolve problems.
Document resolutions and follow-up actions; escalate when needed.
Assist in documenting current policies and procedures.
Represent the team on cross-functional production, support and development activities.
Perform specialty production processing.
