Worldpay in the United States is seeking a System Support Analyst to join our CoreRAFT Support US team and help shape the future of global commerce. The successful candidate will provide 24x7 on-call support for production systems, perform root-cause analyses, and coordinate with internal clients, IT, product development and vendors to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science, MIS, business administration, or related field.
• Experience in software quality control, systems analysis or system support preferred.
• Strong knowledge of programming languages.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24x7 on-call support for production systems.
• May conduct code-level software analyses to identify root cause of bugs and/or system modifications as needed.
• Interfaces with internal clients, vendors, managers, IT and Product Development to resolve problems.
• Analyzes problems, documents and communicates resolution and conducts follow up.
• Assists in documenting current policies and procedures.
• Represents team on cross-functional teams for production, support and development activities.
• Performs specialty production processing.
