This role focuses on real-time operational monitoring, incident coordination, and service resilience. You will work with IT teams, coordinate incidents, and take ownership from issue to resolution, including weekend and US-equivalent holiday coverage as part of a follow‑the‑sun model.

Qualifikationen

• Experience of working as part of a Global team.
• Excellent written & oral communication skills in English.

• Strong data analysis and performance management skills (trend analysis, KPI design, insight communication).
• Ability to lead through ambiguity, manage priorities, and deliver in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Aufgaben

• Monitor systems and transmission files, establishing routines, alerts, and controls to ensure stable operations.
• Accuracy in Monitoring in line with SOPs with no errors for the Global Command Center team.
• Ensure end-to-end case ownership and governance for inquiries via email and internal transfers.
• Open and Initiate Pre-Authorized Contribution tickets.
• Participate in all Incident Management calls and provide information to technical and operation teams.
• Manage and respond to internal stakeholder inquiries via Teams Chat and Emails.
• Be audit focused in all BAU activities, comply with policies & SOPs, knowledge of SOPs.
• Take ownership of projects and drive to closure for team benefits.
• Identify opportunities for process efficiency and implement in a controlled manner.
• Exhibit effective communication with stakeholders, maintain confidentiality.
• Perform work per department procedures and support testing and implementation events.
