Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product management or a related domain.
• Experience managing operational readiness and change activities.
• Experience in product deployment processes.
• 6+ years’ experience in financial services payments delivery, including RTP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Delivery Manager to execute delivery tasks and boost efficiencies.
• Support change management and monitor compliance with risk requirements.
• Raise blockers to manage dependencies and resources.
• Deliver scalable Real-Time Payments capabilities with cross-functional teams.
• Lead requirements discovery and translate needs into flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
