Job summary

OpenAI is seeking a Partner Director for PwC to own the global alliance, define the partnership thesis, and build the joint business plan with PwC. You will align executive sponsors and mobilize PwC's industry, advisory, tech, and delivery teams to accelerate enterprise AI adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience leading strategic alliances or large ecosystem partnerships.
• Proven ability to drive multi-year partnerships with measurable pipeline and outcomes.
• Direct experience with PwC or similar professional-services networks.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and executive-facing communication.
• Ability to design scalable operating models and field engagement motions.

Responsibilities

• Own the global PwC relationship, including alliance strategy, executive alignment, joint planning, and long-term expansion.
• Develop and execute a joint business plan with clear priorities, investments, milestones, and success measures.
• Build trusted relationships across PwC's leadership, practices, and delivery teams.
• Translate commitments into repeatable field motions spanning account mapping, co-selling, and delivery handoffs.
• Shape joint propositions combining OpenAI products with PwC capabilities across industries.
• Lead joint account planning with PwC and OpenAI field teams for complex enterprises.
