Job summary

Genesys is seeking a Senior Director, Global Partner Strategy, Programs and Operations, to lead the evolution of partner programs and multi-year strategy. You will oversee SMEs and program managers, drive regional and Manila-based operations, and partner with executive stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Revenue Intelligence, Finance, Customer Success, and IT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
• 15+ years of senior leadership in channel partner space with program design and strategy experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead SMEs and program owners across a global organization.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve global partner strategy and programs annually.
• Lead Manila-based partner sales and operations teams.
• Ensure alignment with executive stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.
• Monitor KPIs, ROI, and cost-to-serve to justify program investments.
• Build and maintain a high-performing, matrixed team across regions.
