Job summary

Genesys seeks a Senior Director, Global Partner Strategy, Programs and Operations to lead global partner programs and operations, including the Manila-based teams, within a remote US setting. You will shape multi-year strategy, governance, and incentives while strong analytics drive results.

Partner with executives across Sales, Marketing, Revenue Intelligence, Finance, IT and Operations to deliver scalable enablement and drive partner-led growth globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
• 15+ years of senior leadership in channel partner space with emphasis on operations, program design and strategy development.
• Track record of designing, executing, and scaling global partner programs (tiering, incentives, enablement).
• Ability to lead experienced program owners who operate as SMEs and to grow high-performing teams.
• Experience in a highly matrixed, global organization and presenting to senior/C-level leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve Genesys' global partner strategy and programs annually.
• Oversee Manila-based partner sales and operations teams and drive regional adoption.
• Partner with executive stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT and Operations.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable execution plans with clear success measures.
• Monitor KPIs, governance, risk, and program compliance; secure resourcing and buy-in.
