Genesys is seeking a Senior Director, Global Partner Strategy & Programs to define and execute a global partner strategy across regions, while guiding a globally consistent program. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
• 15+ years of senior leadership experience in global partnerships, alliances, or ecosystems within a complex, enterprise technology environment.
• Experience with hyperscalers (AWS, Microsoft, Google Cloud) and enterprise SaaS go-to-market motions.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders across functions and regions.
• Comfort operating in fast-paced, high-visibility environments with travel requirements.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the annual global partner strategy/program aligned to growth objectives and GTM priorities.
• Design and scale global partner programs to drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue with regional nuance.
• Own annual partner tiering/segmentation with criteria, thresholds and benefits differentiation.
• Lead incentive design, rebates, and ROI evaluation for scalable, compliant programs.
• Oversee governance, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure program discipline.
