Job summary

Genesys is seeking a Senior Director to lead global partner strategy, programs, and operations. You will guide multi-year strategy, oversee Manila-based teams, and partner with executives across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT to drive partner-led growth.

The role emphasizes hands-on execution with strong analytical and financial fluency to evolve the program and ensure scalable, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
• 15+ years of senior leadership experience in the channel partner space within a complex enterprise technology environment, with emphasis on partner operations, program design, and strategy development.
• Track record of designing, executing, and scaling global partner programs (tiering, incentives, enablement, etc.).
• Demonstrated ability to lead experienced program owners who operate as SMEs, knowing when and how to lean in.
• Experience building and developing high-performing teams across multiple workstreams through complexity and change.
• Familiarity with PartnerStack and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Lead global partner program strategy and execution across multiple regions.
• Oversee Manila-based partner sales and operations teams and cross-functional alignment.
• Set governance, ROI modeling, and incentive design for partner programs.
