Job summary

Wiz is seeking a Sr. Manager of Global Partner Solutions Architecture to scale our strategy across a global partner network. You will lead a distributed team, enabling GSIs to scope, solution, and deliver cloud security services built on our platform.

You’ll drive technical excellence, maintain executive presence, and partner with sales, product, and partner orgs to ensure partner success and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Partner Solutions Architecture or similar in global SaaS/cloud security.
• 5+ years building and coaching globally distributed technical teams.
• Proven ability to recruit, retain and coach PSA teams globally.
• Excellent communication and executive presence with C-level partners.
• Deep understanding of partner ecosystems (GSIs, CSPs, regional SIs, VARs, MSPs).
• Hands-on cloud security experience across AWS, Azure, GCP, IAM, containers, CSPM/CNAPP.
• Operational experience using metrics and systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Knowledge of managed services from technical, commercial, and operational perspectives.
• Global mindset with experience across geographies and cultures.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a global team of Partner Solutions Architects to drive impact.
• Stay hands-on with technology; advise partners on cloud security across AWS, Azure, GCP.
• Engage with senior leaders, GSI, CSP partner sales leaders to align goals.
• Develop enablement programs so partners scope, sell, and deliver solutions.
• Partner with sales to insert platform into GTM points and build services practices.
• Establish best practices to improve service quality and consistency.
• Set performance objectives and drive operational efficiency with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Solutions Engineering to accelerate product innovation.
