Job summary

Wiz is seeking a Senior Global Marketing Programs Manager to join the Field and Partner Marketing team in the United States. You will partner with PMM, Campaigns, Field Marketing, CXO, Digital, and Sales to translate product innovation into scalable global programs and drive demand, pipeline attribution, and executive campaigns for CISOs and CIOs.

You will design turnkey frameworks and Event-in-a-Box playbooks to empower regional teams, measure impact, and enable faster growth while coordinating

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 7+ years of B2B demand generation, campaign operations, or global program management experience.
• Deep understanding of multi-channel execution across webinars, digital events, direct mailers, executive roundtables, and content syndication campaigns.
• Exceptional collaboration skills with a track record of driving alignment across global field teams, PMM, CXO, digital, and revenue organizations in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Bridge Strategy & Field Execution: translate global messaging pillars and product launches into integrated program playbooks.
• Execute Multi-Channel Demand Programs: design, launch, and manage scalable global initiatives to drive pipeline growth.
• Build & Support Executive Campaigns: design, build, and deploy programs tailored to executive buyer narratives (CISO, CIO).
• Deploy Temptatized Initiatives for Scale: build turnkey Event-in-a-Box frameworks for regional localization and execution.
• Support Customer Expansion: collaborate on campaigns to educate install base and drive adoption/upsell.
• Measure, Optimize, & Enable: standardize program reporting and provide actionable insights to maximize pipeline within 90 days.
