Job summary

Wiz is seeking a Sr. Manager of Global Partner Solutions Architecture in the United States to lead a globally distributed team delivering world-class cloud security services built on Wiz’s platform.

You will engage executive partner leaders, drive strategic enablement, and ensure high-quality service delivery across GSIs and CSP partners. Reporting to the Head of Partner Solutions Architecture, you will partner with Sales, Product, and Partner teams to drive partner-driven revenue and scalable

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Partner Solutions Architecture or similar within global SaaS/cloud security
• Proven track record recruiting and coaching globally distributed teams
• Executive presence engaging C-level executives and partner leaders
• Deep understanding of partner ecosystems (GSIs, CSPs, regional SIs, VARs, MSPs) and navigating cross-team structures
• Strong technical leadership balancing management with hands-on cloud security work
• Hands-on cloud security tech: AWS, Azure, GCP, networking, IAM, containers, CSPM/CNAPP
• Experience deploying programs to scale technical and selling skills with metrics
• Global mindset with multiregional experience

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a global team of Partner Solutions Architects delivering technical excellence and measurable partner impact
• Stay hands-on with technology and advise partners on cloud security across AWS, Azure, GCP
• Engage senior partner leaders and CSPs to align on joint business goals
• Develop and manage partner enablement programs ensuring technical proficiency and certifications
• Collaborate with sales to insert Wiz platform into go-to-market plans with partner services
• Establish best practices and frameworks to improve service quality and consistency
• Set performance expectations and drive operational efficiency with product and sales teams
• Foster cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Product, and Solutions Engineering
