Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks a Partner Sales Manager to lead a global Energy and Utilities partner sales team, driving partner-originated revenue and co-sell execution with system integrators and ISVs. You will set strategy, manage a deals portfolio, and build trusted advisor relationships with customers and partners.

You will mentor PSMs, accelerate pipeline velocity with AI-enabled tooling, and align AWS teams to partner-led opportunities, delivering measurable outcomes and strong forecast

Qualifications

• 10+ years of direct sales and partner sales leadership experience.
• Experience with customer relationship management, especially at the C-suite level.
• Experience owning and delivering a revenue target for a team or territory.
• 10+ years owning metrics reporting and defining strategy for senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Set the strategic direction for a global partner sales organization in Energy and Utilities, translating vision into goals and priorities.
• Design and codify repeatable selling motions, operating rhythms, and go-to-market plays to raise seller productivity.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Partner Sales Managers.
• Drive revenue targets through partner-originated opportunities and co-sell motions with GSI/SI and ISV partners.
• Cultivate strategic partner relationships and shape marketplace deals to address customer needs.
