Responsibilities

Set the strategic direction for a global partner sales organization in Energy and Utilities, translating vision into goals and priorities.
Design repeatable selling motions, operating rhythms, and go-to-market plays to raise seller productivity.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Partner Sales Managers.
Drive revenue through partner-originated and partner-assisted opportunities across the territory.
Execute co-sell motions with GSI/SI and ISV partners.
Collaborate with AWS teams to position cloud migration and AI-enabled outcomes.
