Partner Development Manager to lead strategic relationships with Strategic System Integrator partners across the United States, driving the AWS value proposition for Energy & Utilities customers. This role focuses on accelerating cloud and AI adoption by managing complex partner ecosystems and enabling executives to engage on cloud and digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years developing, negotiating and executing business agreements.
• 5+ years Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales or Consulting experience.
• Experience influencing leadership decisions at the organizational level.
• Experience presenting to executive audiences (technical and non-technical).
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct management of 1-3 Strategic System Integrator partnerships with high-revenue potential.
• Revenue accountability for driving annual partner-influenced revenue and YoY growth.
• Portfolio oversight with strategic resource allocation across partner portfolio.
• Cross-functional coordination across 10+ internal AWS teams.
• Executive representation at regional leadership forums (MBRs, QBRs).
• Investment approval authority for partner-specific investments within thresholds.
• Strategic objective setting aligned with AWS priorities and regional targets.
• Partner GTM strategy ownership for industry-led initiatives.
• Partner program advancement and competency framework reviews.
• Lead quarterly business planning and 3/5-year roadmap development.
• Create and execute 1/3/5-year partner business plans using Build-Develop-Market-Sell.
