Job summary

Mecka is seeking a Partnership Operations Manager to own the onboarding, partner setup, and ongoing support across regions. You will standardize processes, manage devices and accounts, and ensure timely, high-quality outputs from partner networks.

You'll collaborate with product, engineering, and finance to resolve issues, track performance, and optimize playbooks as the network grows, while balancing ambiguity with clear priorities.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in partner or vendor operations, onboarding, or account management.
• Experience driving launches across time zones with repeatable processes.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deal support: Prepare proposals and agreements from templates and track partner terms.
• Onboarding: Set partners up on the platform and train their teams on capture standards.
• Hardware: Manage device allocation, inventory, and returns.
• Partner support: Be first point of contact and route issues to product/engineering/finance.
• Performance and reporting: Monitor hours, QA, and deliverables; keep reviews current.
• Payments: Own partner payments and reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Playbook: Build and improve processes and tools for growing network.
