Mecka AI is seeking a Partnerships Operations Manager to own onboarding, training, and governance of regional partner programs. You will build repeatable processes, playbooks, and tools to scale partner output while maintaining quality and on-time delivery.

In this early, unstructured role you will set standards, manage deal records, devices, accounts, and cross-functional coordination with product, engineering, and finance to ensure smooth capture and growth across regions.

Qualifikationen

• 3 to 5+ years in partner or vendor operations, onboarding, or programs.
• Experience launching multiple partner initiatives across time zones.
• Able to manage many partners and tasks with strong follow-up.
• Familiarity with using AI tools to analyze data and draft communications.

Aufgaben

• Deal support: prepare proposals and agreements and track partner terms.
• Onboarding: set up partners on the platform, issue devices and accounts, train teams.
• Hardware: manage device allocation, tracking, and inventory records.
• Partner support: be the first point of contact and resolve issues.
• Performance and reporting: monitor hours, counts, QA, and conduct business reviews.
• Payments: own partner payments and reconciliation.
• Playbook: build and improve processes and tools.
