Job summary

Mecka is seeking a Partnership Operations Manager to own the onboarding, training, hardware coordination, and payment reconciliation for regional partners. You will build repeatable processes and tooling to scale partner operations as the network grows.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for partners, manage performance reporting, and collaborate with product, engineering, and finance to resolve issues quickly and maintain high-quality output across regions.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years in partner or vendor operations, onboarding, or program management.
• Experience launching multiple partner initiatives across time zones.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Familiarity with AI tools for data analysis and communications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare proposals and agreements from templates and track partner rates, volumes, and terms.
• Onboard partners, issue devices and accounts, train teams on capture standards.
• Manage device allocation, inventory, and returns with logistics teams.
