Zusammenfassung

Ping Identity seeks a seasoned Director of Partner Operations to orchestrate a global partner ecosystem, building scalable processes and programs for resell, referral, delivery, technology, MSP and cloud marketplaces.

You’ll collaborate with Sales Ops, Alliances, Product, Finance, and Marketing to ensure a measurable partner strategy with robust infrastructure and clear performance metrics.

Qualifikationen

10+ years in Sales/Channel Operations in B2B SaaS.
Deep understanding of partner ecosystems incl VARs, GSIs, ISVs, MSPs, hyperscalers.
Experience with partner programs and enablement frameworks.
Experience with CRM and PRM data quality.

Aufgaben

Lead partner operations strategy aligned to growth goals.
Design scalable processes for diverse partner types (VARs, GSIs, MSPs, ISVs, cloud marketplaces).
Build dashboards to measure partner performance and pipeline.
Integrate partner data into core sales systems (Salesforce, PRM, BI).
Own or influence tools supporting partner lifecycle (PRM, LMS, portals).
Collaborate with Sales Ops, Alliances, and Exec leadership.
