As a Global Partner Marketing Program Manager, you will drive the strategy, execution, and ongoing evolution of scalable partner demand generation initiatives across enterprise and education markets.

You will manage a self-service marketing automation platform that enables partners—including manufacturers, resellers, distributors, and managed service providers—to create, customize, and launch impactful, co-branded marketing campaigns across global markets. You will collaborate closely with product marketing, regional partner marketing teams, and creative agency partners to develop campaigns and drive adoption of the platform worldwide.

The ideal candidate combines a strong understanding of B2B marketing strategy with hands-on experience in integrated marketing, digital demand generation, and global program management.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for global partner demand generation programs across enterprise technology and education solution portfolios.

  • Partner with product marketing, regional marketing teams, and creative agencies to align campaign development with strategic business priorities.

  • Develop multichannel partner marketing campaigns, including webinars, account-based marketing (ABM), digital advertising, landing pages, email marketing, and events, that partners can easily customize and deploy.

  • Own the global campaign roadmap and oversee end-to-end campaign publishing within the marketing platform, including intake, content review, localization, and deployment.

  • Maintain comprehensive internal and external documentation for marketing programs, processes, and platform resources.

  • Monitor campaign performance and develop reports analyzing platform adoption, utilization, and effectiveness in generating partner-sourced leads, pipeline, and revenue.

  • Stay informed about platform capabilities and industry best practices, collaborating with technology vendors to resolve issues and implement new AI-powered features and workflow enhancements.

  • Lead internal enablement efforts and advise regional teams on partner marketing initiatives that encourage campaign adoption and drive measurable engagement, lead generation, and pipeline growth.

  • Coordinate communications to inform partners about new campaign resources and opportunities through newsletters, webinars, and partner management channels.

  • Identify and implement continuous improvements to demand generation processes, frameworks, and playbooks to scale successful initiatives across global markets.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • Five or more years of relevant experience in partner marketing, demand generation, or marketing operations within an enterprise B2B software or technology organization.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with demonstrated experience managing partner relationships, creative agencies, or external vendors.

  • Ability to work independently while driving cross-functional alignment and ensuring timely execution.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience executing co-marketing campaigns, partner activations, or go-to-market (GTM) programs with external partners.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience leveraging AI tools to improve marketing workflows and operational efficiency.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
