Veeam is seeking a Sr. Global Partner Marketing Manager to define and scale the global enterprise partner GTM motion for Data & AI Security, a strategic growth area.

You will build the enterprise partner marketing strategy from the ground up and drive regional adoption in partnership with sales, product marketing, alliances, and partner teams. You will operate as a strategic business owner and hands-on builder, connecting market opportunity, product strategy, partner capability, and enterprise

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in partner marketing or enterprise GTM roles in tech sectors.
• Experience building or transforming a partner GTM motion.
• Strong understanding of enterprise partner ecosystems (VARs, SIs, MSPs, cloud providers).
• Ability to translate global strategies into scalable regional execution plans.
• Experience launching partner offerings via campaigns and enablement.
• Strong executive presence and storytelling to influence senior stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with KPI dashboards and data-driven optimization.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and building structure where no playbook exists.
• Equally effective as a strategic thinker and hands-on operator.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the global enterprise partner marketing strategy for Veeam’s Data & AI Security portfolio, including segmentation, value proposition, campaigns, enablement, launch readiness, and regional adoption.
• Build the global partner GTM playbook, translating enterprise priorities into scalable to‑partner motions that drive adoption and pipeline.
• Define the ideal enterprise partner profile and partner growth strategy, partnering with regional teams to identify, activate, and expand enterprise‑capable partners.
• Own partner marketing strategy for Data & AI Security product launches, ensuring partner readiness through enablement paths and toolkits.
• Shape the enterprise partner messaging and enablement strategy, creating assets like playbooks, decks, webinars, guides, and executive materials.
• Partner with Demand Gen and regional teams to develop integrated partner campaigns and account‑based partner motions that drive partner‑sourced pipeline.
• Define performance metrics, track activation and campaign impact, and report to senior stakeholders.
