Job summary

Veeam Software is seeking a Sr. Global Partner Marketing Manager to define and scale the enterprise partner go-to-market motion for Data & AI Security.

You’ll build the strategy, enablement, and campaigns in collaboration with sales, product marketing, alliances, and regional teams. You will shape partner messaging, develop playbooks, and drive global adoption with analytics-driven insights, influencing senior stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in partner/alliances marketing or enterprise GTM roles, ideally in cybersecurity, data protection, SaaS, cloud, AI.
• Experience building or transforming a partner GTM motion in new markets.
• Strong understanding of partner ecosystems (VARs, SIs, MSPs, GSIs, CSPs).
• Proven ability to translate global strategy into regional execution and enablement.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the global enterprise partner marketing strategy for Veeam’s Data & AI Security portfolio.
• Build the global partner GTM playbook with scalable motions for partner adoption and pipeline.
• Define ideal enterprise partner profile and growth strategy with regional teams.
• Own partner marketing for Data & AI Security launches with enablement paths and playbooks.
• Shape partner messaging and enablement assets like pitch decks and webinars.
• Develop integrated partner campaigns with Demand Gen and regional teams.
• Define KPIs, track activation, report insights to senior stakeholders.
