Job summary

Stripe seeks an experienced, strategic marketing leader to own Stripe’s global partner marketing strategy for Services partners—including GSIs—and Technology/ISV partners.

You’ll lead a global team, define the multi-year operating and investment model, build influential relationships with partner and Stripe leaders, and scale programs that drive partner-sourced and partner-attached pipeline, customer activation, and product adoption.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of B2B marketing experience.
• Global marketing strategy leadership across regions.
• Experience building, leading, and developing a distributed team.
• Ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives with autonomy.
• Proven success delivering measurable partner-marketing outcomes and ROI.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set the multi-year vision and global strategy for Services, GSI, and Technology/ISV partner marketing.
• Lead and develop a global team across APAC, AMER, and EMEA.
• Build trusted relationships with partner CMOs and Stripe leaders.
• Own differentiated programs for strategic partners and scalable programs for the ecosystem.
• Shape joint value propositions, messaging, and customer evidence; create scalable playbooks.
• Establish governance for market development funds and a performance framework.
