Job summary

Five9 is seeking a Senior Director of Partner Marketing to lead global partner marketing and act as the marketing counterpart to the Partner organization. This role partners with the SVP, Global Partners & Alliances to drive Joint go-to-market plans across Channel, ISV, and Strategic Partners, aligning with Demand Generation, Events, and Product Marketing.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, experience across partner types, and a track record of scalable co-marketing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years of marketing experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology.
• Experience leading partner, channel, or alliance marketing.

Responsibilities

• Own the marketing strategy for Partner Fusion across channels and partner types.
• Define and evolve the partner marketing program, including segmentation and co-investment models.
• Lead MDF governance and measure partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline.
• Build annual and quarterly partner marketing plans in alignment with broader demand gen efforts.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Events, and regional teams to drive pipeline and ARR.
