Job summary

Five9 is seeking a Senior Director of Partner Marketing to lead our global partner marketing team and act as the marketing counterpart to the Partner organization. You will design and run the Partner Fusion program across Channel, Technology Partners, and Strategic Partners, shaping segmentation, co-investment, and joint go-to-market plans.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of marketing leadership in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology.
• Experience across channel, alliance, and field marketing.
• Proven track record of co-marketing with partners and delivering pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Define and own Partner Fusion marketing strategy across Channel, Technology Partners, and Strategic Partners.
• Build annual and quarterly partner marketing plans aligned with Revenue Marketing.
• Govern MDF and co-investment, and measure partner pipeline and ROI.
• Lead a global partner marketing team and collaborate with regional Demand Gen, Events, and Product Marketing.
