Job summary

Five9 is seeking a Senior Director of Partner Marketing to lead the global partner marketing team and align with the Partner organization. You will shape Partner Fusion, manage cross-functional campaigns, and drive joint go-to-market plans with SIs, ISVs, and strategic partners.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of marketing experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology.
• Demonstrated experience across channel/partner marketing (SIs, resellers, ISVs, strategic alliances).
• Experience with demand generation, ABM, and MDF/co-investment governance.

Responsibilities

• Own Partner Fusion program strategy and playbooks across partner types.
• Drive demand creation through channel partners and regional programs.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Finance and partner org to align planning and investments.
• Define to-partner, through-partner, and with-partner motions and measure outcomes.
• Build annual and quarterly partner marketing plans aligned to pipeline targets.
