Five9 is seeking a Senior Director of Partner Marketing to lead its global partner marketing organization and align with the Partner function. You will shape the marketing motion across Channel, Technology Partners, and Strategic Partners to drive demand, pipeline, and ARR.

The role requires 12+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, cross-functional leadership, and a proven ability to scale partner programs with measurable impact. This is a hybrid role with US-based remote/workplace expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field is required.
• 12+ years of marketing experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise tech.
• Proven track record in partner, channel, or alliance marketing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global partner marketing strategy across channel, ISV, and strategic partners.
• Build and govern MDF/co-investment programs tied to pipeline outcomes.
• Collaborate with regional Demand Gen, Events, and Product Marketing teams.
