ServiceNow is seeking a Global Partner Manager – Autonomous Workforce/GBS to lead global partner initiatives in AI-enabled IT operations. The role focuses on activating and expanding Deloitte-defined practice areas, translating strategy into customer outcomes, and driving pipeline with ServiceNow-aligned products.

The GPM will coordinate with geo teams, co-innovate with Technical Partner Advisors, and guide GTM execution across regions to accelerate adoption of autonomous workforce solutions.

Formación

• 12+ years of global alliances and partner sales experience with enterprise software.
• Proven ability to build go-to-market plans for Channel, SI, and partner organizations.
• ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, SAM and SPM product knowledge is a strong plus.
• Experience enabling AI/SaaS partnerships and driving revenue with SI partners.
• Executive communication and relationship management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the global go-to-market alignment and co-innovation for a specific Functional Area.
• Own and execute the Global Functional Area partner account plan.
• Drive cross-geo alignment for a consistent global partner experience.
• Develop and maintain Partner Executive relationships to align strategies and offerings.
• Advise partners on market expansion, BU GTM, and product roadmaps.
• Coordinate joint GTM motions across product launches and campaigns.
• Drive Autonomous Workforce education and enablement to grow practice and business.
• Lead joint demand generation with partner marketing and executive events.
• Collaborate with Partner Technical Advisors on product expansion and co-innovation.
• Drive operational consistency with playbooks, templates, and repeatable processes.
