Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Global Partner Manager – Autonomous Workforce/GBS to lead strategic alliances and expand the partner ecosystem globally. You will own the Global Functional Area partner account plan, align geo strategies, and collaborate with Partner Advisors to co-innovate AI-enabled solutions that integrate with the ServiceNow platform.

You will drive partner-led growth, oversee joint demand generation, and enable field teams across regions to accelerate adoption of Autonomous Workforce

Qualifications

12+ years of global alliances and partner sales experience with enterprise software.
Proven ability to build go-to-market plans for Channel, SI, and partner organizations.
Knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM/SAM/SPM and AI-enabled workflows.

Responsibilities

Lead global GTM alignment and co-innovation for a Functional Area.
Own and execute the Global Functional Area partner account plan.
Drive cross-geo alignment for a consistent global partner experience.
Manage executive relationships with partner counterparts and NOW teams.
Influence market expansions and route-to-market strategies.
