Job summary

Dynatrace is seeking a program-focused leader in Boston to own the Partner Delivery Maturity Model and related governance, driving global partner delivery quality. This build role runs tier assessments, endorsements, and quality reviews to ensure customer satisfaction across engagements.

You will define post-sales handoffs, translate competency requirements into enablement content, and report outcomes to leadership. A 6+ year background in professional services and partner programs is preferred.

Qualifications

• Six+ years in professional services, partner programs, or delivery quality.
• Ownership of a certification, accreditation, or partner competency framework.
• Experience running QA/audit processes against external delivery entities.
• Ability to build program cadences from documented frameworks, not just execute.

Responsibilities

• Certification and tiering: own the Partner Delivery Maturity Model as the single system of record for partner delivery capability; run tier assessments and re-certification cadence.
• Quality governance: operate the Services Endorsement Program and end-to-end quality reviews; drive partner quality audits and 90% CSAT enforcement; define engagement handoffs and governance across teams.
• Program architecture and reporting: maintain Enablement Framework and Toolkit; translate tier requirements into content specifications; report to leadership on cadence and outcomes.
• Team and scale: lead a small team as the program scales; establish ownership and accountability across partners.
