Job summary

Global Payments is seeking a Partner Activation Manager to lead end-to-end onboarding of new partnerships, from contract to first live processing merchants.

This role sits at the intersection of sales, product, integration and operations, ensuring activations stay on schedule and partners have a smooth experience.

You will coordinate internal teams (Sales, Technical Integration, Risk & Underwriting, Legal, Operations) and manage KYC/KYB, API testing, and go-live readiness.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing complex multi-stakeholder onboarding or activation.
• Experience in payments, fintech, or B2B SaaS preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management across sales, technical, risk and operations.
• Experience with CRM or project tracking tools (Salesforce, Jira, Hubspot).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end activation from contract to go-live of first processing merchants.
• Build activation plans, track milestones, dependencies and risks.
• Coordinate with Sales, Technical Integration, Risk/Underwriting, Product, Legal and Operations.
• Report activation metrics to Head of Sales and leadership.
• Hand over activation to account management after go-live.
